DÉCOR:

The materials used inside Jill’s include rich walnut floors and maple trellises, honey onyx, and large glass windows that look out on to Walnut Street, offering guests a lofty yet intimate atmosphere.


The main dining area includes unique touches such as the display of Venetian-style color-glass vases by Robin Mix and photography by Maggie Taylor. Guests can be seated in the main dining room with a view of the open kitchen, or in the adjacent bistro.


In warmer weather, the windows open to our to Walnut Street, and guests have the option of dining outdoors on the expansive terrace with views of the flatiron mountains. Live music is played five nights a week from jazz to samaba year round.

Jill’s Restaurant in the St Julien Hotel & Spa is committed to enhancing the environment and personal health by making a conscious effort to provide organic produce and humanely farmed livestock.

Recognized as “A Partner for a Clean Environment,” Jill’s supports and practices; environmental sustainability, energy and water efficiency, resource and hazardous waste management, green purchasing, sustainable transportation, water protection, and the use of less toxic chemicals.

WINE PROGRAM: Our Wine Spectator Award winning wine program captures expressions from around the world that pair well with our cuisine. We look for wine makers who are environmentally conscious and take great care to produce wines that articulate a sense of place. Our wine list features 234 unique labels and 25 wines by the glass.
SPIRITS: The cornerstone of our spirit program is staff innovation. Each one of our mixologists plays a hands on role in creating distinctive cocktails that source ingredients from the St Julien garden. We focus on small production spirits and artisan distillers. Our location provides us the opportunity to feature local breweries which are producing some of the best micro brews in the country.
